Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Purdue University (where she attended on a basketball scholarship). She has worked in the fitness industry for 18 years, helping individuals reduce stress, manage weight and live a healthier lifestyle. A certified personal trainer and spinning instructor, Sally focuses on helping individuals have fun while achieving their health and fitness goals. “I am dedicated to helping all our members find a good balance between work, family and play,” says Sally. “It’s important to laugh a lot and keep your mind and body active.” She appreciates the working person’s barriers to achieving fitness goals, and works hard to find ways to help members overcome those barriers.
Andrew specializes in fitness, exercise and kidney health. He enjoys helping clients with a proactive, preventive approach and brings a spirit of positive encouragement to helping individuals remain healthy and happy as long as possible. “I work in the health industry because your health is the only thing that you cannot replace, or buy a new one if it’s lost,” says Andrew, “but it can always be improved.” He has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Physical Education from Cumberland College. He has also done post-graduate work in General Health and Exercise Physiology at Murray State University. An avid reader, Andrew reminds his clients that the dictionary is the only place where success comes before work.
Sue specializes in developing, planning and implementing behavior modification programs for weight loss/management, nutrition, fitness, smoking cessation and stress management. She has extensive experience in health and fitness programming for special populations, including seniors, youth, diabetics and pre/post natal women. Sue holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and a Master’s degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Adult Fitness from Eastern Illinois University. After 16 years in corporate wellness and fitness center management, her philosophy is simple and empowering: “Don’t stress the small stuff, enjoy every minute with family and friends and try to keep things as simple as possible.”
